Creative Programmes Assistant Producers

We are on the brink of something extraordinary at London Museum – building a new museum that brings fresh voices, stories, and experiences to life, offering visitors an unforgettable journey through London’s past, present, and future. The Creative Programme is the London Museum’s public programme, taking place in the new London Museum Smithfield (opening 2026).

The Creative Programme is an ambitious year-round offer of exhibitions, events, and commissions that reflect and reimagine life in the city. The Creative Programme will bring people together through powerful, meaningful experiences including immersive family programming, innovative late-night events and collaborations with London creatives.

We are looking for three organised, tenacious and pro-active Assistant Producers to support the delivery of bold, high-impact events as part of the Creative Programme for the new London Museum.

This role will work with the Creative Programmes Producer (Events) to deliver the Museum’s late-night and core events programme. You will be part of a vibrant team, at the forefront of producing unforgettable events that bring the museum to life after hours, spark conversation, and connect with diverse audiences across the city. Join us and be part of something truly new and unique.

We are looking for people who have experience supporting the delivery of large-scale live events for adult audiences with strong administrative and artist management skills. These roles require a collaborative work style, excellent communication skills and creative ideas. Previous experience of working in a museum is not required and you do not need to have any academic qualifications,

We are recruiting for three positions, however the start dates for these positions will vary. One Assistant Producer will start in April 2026 with the two-remaining Assistant Producers starting in June 2026.
