About you
We're keen to hear from candidates who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in engaging, people-focused environments.

If you're someone who enjoys setting achievable goals, sharing specialist product knowledge, and building positive relationships both with customers and as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for individuals who bring motivation, flexibility, and a values-led approach, especially those committed to contributing to an open and inclusive organisation.

While it's not essential, it would be beneficial if you also have experience in a bustling retail setting, visual merchandising, till work, or working in a visitor attraction or cultural heritage environment.

Don't feel you meet all the criteria? We welcome you to apply even if your experience doesn't match directly. With your transferable skills, you could be the right candidate for this, or other opportunities that we have.
