Young Patrons Coordinator

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join the Patrons Team at an exciting time in the Gallery’s history. This dynamic team delivers an outstanding experience to our loyal Patrons, both at the Gallery and through a wide range of bespoke events in London, nationally and internationally.

Each year, the team delivers three seasonal events programmes that showcase the very best of the Gallery’s exhibitions, collection, and behind-the-scenes access. Our Patrons are passionate supporters of the Gallery—contributing not just financially but also through their influence and advocacy—and we pride ourselves on offering them a highly personalised and thoughtful service.

The Young Patrons Coordinator will be a key centre of knowledge and communications for our Young Ambassadors group. Working with the Young Patrons Manager, this role will coordinate the registration and renewals process, sensitively and promptly handle enquiries, and plan events.

This role is ideal for someone with a genuine love of the National Gallery and its collection, exceptional administrative skills, and a collaborative spirit.
