About the role:
This is a newly created role within the People and Culture team responsible for setting up a Talent Acquisition function. Reporting into the Head of People Operations, you will bring together our recruitment activities including developing strategies, sourcing, hiring, and managing talent.
You'll leverage your expertise in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from market mapping and candidate nurturing to utilising interview techniques and ensuring efficient hiring to ensure a consistent and excellent service is delivered across the Museum.
Partnering with hiring managers, senior leaders and stakeholders in People and Culture, you'll develop targeted strategies that attract a diverse pool of candidates supporting us to create an inclusive workplace culture that reflects our values.

Key areas of responsibility:
* Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment of approach with the Museum's values and objectives.
* Identify, attract, and recruit talent through the most appropriate and effective channels.
* Oversee the candidate lifecycle from application to outcome, providing a positive candidate experiences regardless of outcome.
* Streamline recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and legal compliance.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align People and Culture strategies with business objectives.
* Support and assist with the delivery of Museum projects that relate to Talent Acquisition including but not limited to the design, procurement and implementation of a modern and future-focused application tracking system.

* Proven experience delivering Talent Acquisition.
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong knowledge of visa immigration requirements and recruitment best practices.
* Experience using ATS systems.
