Head of Hosted Guest Experience

The Guest Experience teams sit within National Gallery Global, the commercial arm of the National Gallery, and is dedicated to presenting, refining and delivering world-class experiences and services to all onsite visitors, guests, and stakeholders. The Head of Hosted Guest Experience will play a pivotal role in leading the Guest Experience teams to deliver a seamless guest journey to our visitors, building guest loyalty, revenue and engagement, and exceeding expectations in all commercial touchpoints.

This role will lead NGG teams in delivering exceptional front-of-house services to enhance guest loyalty, revenue, and return visitation, while fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop a unified approach to guest engagement.
