Coporate Development Officer

Key Accountabilities:

Sponsor Administration

Supporting the Corporate Development team with the management of Gallery sponsors and partners.
Assisting in activating and tracking delivery of contracted benefits for corporate partners and sponsors, especially tickets, event, workshop and tour requests.
Working with colleagues across the Gallery to deliver corporate partner priorities, including events, exhibitions/curatorial, learning and visitor services teams.
Responding to requests from sponsors/corporate partners for use of Gallery and exhibition images, and providing information on exhibitions, displays, artists and other content requests.
Responding to pre-event queries from corporate supporters in a timely and appropriate manner.
Cultivation

Supporting the team in the delivery of cultivation events throughout the year, including co-ordinating guest lists and RSVPs and supporting on-the-day delivery.
Undertaking directed prospect research and peer research as required. Using the CRM system to create a robust prospect pipeline.
As appropriate, supporting in proposal writing and pitch meetings.
Administration

Undertaking prospect research, updating and maintaining outreach efforts on the CRM system (Tessitura) and completing Due Diligence reports.
Ensuring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is given when using the CRM system to create data reports for day-to-day use.
Coordinating KPIs for the Corporate Development team on a regular basis, taking minutes at team meetings, and ensuring trackable work flow and actions lists.
Delivering sponsor invoicing using the CRM system.
Keeping up to date with best practice and relevant legislation around Corporate Giving, such as a GDPR regulations, and ensuring all related records and processes are maintained appropriately and accurately at all time.
Acting as the main Corporate Development team contact for queries related to CRM systems and GDPR.
Events

It will be essential that the post-holder is able to attend and assist at corporate events (and other key Gallery events such as Private Views, Galas and fundraising dinners) and is prepared to work outside normal office hours as part of this role.
Arranging and supporting on the execution of tours and workshops delivered for Corporate Partners, including facilitating access and security, booking Gallery Educators and ordering workshop materials when required.
Drafting briefings for relevant colleagues within the Corporate Development team and across the wider Gallery in advance of forthcoming corporate events, providing regular updates on attendees, timings, objectives, costs and logistics.
Working closely with the Events team to ensure that all corporate events are delivered to the highest standard; ensuring that all guest lists, fees and contact details are accurate, up to date and stored on the CRM database.
