The Business & IP Centre at the British Library is committed to helping small business across the country gain the skills that they need to thrive. The Get Ready for Business Growth Programme is the BIPCs flagship scale-up programme. Funded by Arts Council England and the British Library it helps creative and cultural businesses nation-wide scale. The programme consists of quarterly cohorts where 25 businesses receive tailored, virtual business support. In addition to the scale-up strand the programme also runs a mentoring strand for earlier stage creative businesses and a series of quarterly start-up events.

Get Ready for Business Growth is seeking a highly organised, skilled coordinator to help all three of these programme strands run smoothly. You will have excellent attention to detail, familiarity with Excel, and a passion for collating and presenting data so we can demonstrate the wonderful impact the programme makes. You will join an enthusiastic team dedicated to helping creative businesses, and the UK cultural sector to thrive.
