Today the Museum is more relevant and influential than ever. By attracting people from a range of backgrounds to work for us, we can continue to look at the world with fresh eyes and find new ways of doing things.

We employ 900 staff in a variety of roles, all united by our vision of a future where people and planet thrive. We need everyone to have the passion and drive to help us with our mission to create advocates for our planet and inspire millions to care about the natural world.

About the role

The Natural History Museum is developing its commercial business, and as a part of that the retail business is seeking to scale income for the museum through ecommerce. The retail business is a critical source of income for the Museum and supports vital work in helping people and planet thrive, including the work of over 300 scientists.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Retail team as an Ecommerce Trading Executive playing a crucial role looking after the day-to-day running of NHM Shop to ensure a best-in-class customer experience and working alongside the Ecommerce Trading Manager to deliver our new online strategy.

About you

We’d love to hear from anyone who has previous ecommerce experience and is passionate about driving online sales and providing the best online experiences for customers.
