Finance Business Partner
Are you a fully qualified accountant with experience of analysing complex data? Are you able to convey financial information to non-financial colleagues in a clear way?
The Finance Business Partner role is a pivotal role within the Finance department, ensuring that financial statements are robust whilst working with the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to develop and improve the financial processes and understanding across the group.
This is a challenging but extremely rewarding group wide role, offering extensive opportunity for personal development within a department that is constantly looking to develop new and improved ways of working. Travel will be required to sites as and when necessary.
You will deliver timely, accurate and robust reporting of the Museum's position and forecasts. As part of the Business Support team you will support the Museum budget holders and their teams with financial processes and information that underpins decision-making and achievement of operational and strategic plans.
Joining us, you will be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA), with the ability to analyse complex data, spot trends, and present this to colleagues in a simple and accessible way. You will have excellent relationship-building and communication skills; able to support, guide and coach colleagues in understanding and managing their budgets. You'll have a collaborative approach, able to influence change and make informed decisions in order to support the department with continuous improvements.
