About the role
We're looking for a motivated and talented user experience researcher to join our Digital Services Team. Are you a dedicated UX practitioner who is excited at the thought of working with us as we strive to create world-class services here at The National Archives in Kew?

Working within a 40-strong multidisciplinary, Agile team within Digital Services, this role has opened at an exciting time for The National Archives. With a new brand being launched as well as a new digital strategy and refreshed purpose, never has it been a more exciting time to join The National Archives!
You will be passionate about UX research and driven to help create the best experience possible for users of The National Archives.
As you will be working within Agile product teams and with internal/external users, you will have excellent social and communication skills.
This is an opportunity to work with committed and talented developers, designers, archivists and researchers who share a passion for creating high quality, user-focused digital services for a range of audiences. You will be an advocate for our users, for usability and accessibility of our systems, and have experience of the standards that web services should meet.
