Major Gifts Administrator and Individual Giving & Collection Development Administrator

We are looking to appoint two administrators - a Major Gifts Administrator and an Individual Giving & Collection Development Administrator - to join Tate's Development division. Both roles will play a pivotal role in supporting a range of fundraising initiatives that are central to Tate's mission and provide an excellent opportunity for those looking to build a career in fundraising for the arts in one of the most established Development departments in the sector.

The Major Gifts team raises essential funds from philanthropic donors, charitable foundations and governmental sources to support Tate's vision, including for exhibitions and programmes, Learning, Conservation, and Library & Archives work, as well as local and national projects. The Major Gifts Administrator role provides central and reliable administrative support to the team for the efficient and effective delivery of these objectives.

The Individual Giving & Collection Development team raises funds through Tate's International Council, Patrons and Collection Committees as well as for the management of key projects centred around acquisitions for Tate's collection. The Individual Giving & Collection Development Administrator will support the effective relationship management of these key supporters and provide administrative support to help realise dynamic fundraising projects in support of Tate's collection.

We are looking for two proactive and reliable individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent organisational, communication and research skills, paying great attention to detail. In addition, you'll be a positive, collaborative team member, contributing to Tate's fundraising success.
