This role will manage the commercial governance and development of the Gallery's CRM and ticketing platforms to achieve strategic business objectives within LSTE’s product portfolio, which includes ticketed experiences (exhibitions, events, tours and general admission) and loyalty propositions (Gallery Membership and Supporters’ House).
Working as the primary bridge between LSTE and technical teams, as well as the customer-facing Guest Experience team, you will identify, prioritise, and deliver systems developments that improve operational efficiency, visitor experience, data quality, and commercial performance. You will work closely with the Senior Commercial Systems Manager to define a roadmap of technology projects that satisfy commercial goals, and project-manage these from discovery through to implementation.
We are seeking someone with a qualification and/or proven ability in product management or business-led project management, who can bring experience of working at the intersection of technical and commercial teams in any sector. An excellent communicator, you will have a flair for translating commercial requirements into technical briefs and seek to gain an appropriate understanding of how technology systems work and can support business requirements, without getting into too much technical detail. You will also be skilled at identifying and creating efficiencies in operational processes and ways of working, supporting your direct reports in optimising ticketing operations, ticketing set-up and database management processes.
This is a fixed term role for 24 months. Interviews will take place on the w/c of the 30th November.
Please note that the Gallery reserves the right to close the advert early due to the volume of applications we receive.
