You will be an excellent problem solver with experience of diagnosing technical issues across applications, operating systems and infrastructure. You will have experience of monitoring and supporting production systems and services, and an understanding of performance, reliability, availability, logging, alerting, backup and recovery. Experience of cloud platforms, containers, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability technologies or public-facing digital services would be advantageous.
