Content and Analytics Officer

As part of our Digital Experience team, the Content and Analytics Officer will help us understand, improve and maintain the National Library of Scotland's website. Working across the Library's digital estate, you will combine content operations with analytics and insight, helping colleagues make informed decisions and ensuring our websites continue to meet the needs of users.



What we are looking for -


The role requires a combination of content expertise and data insight. You will help monitor and evaluate digital performance, develop dashboards and reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and support colleagues in understanding how people engage with our websites and services. Alongside this, you will play an important role in maintaining high-quality digital content on the website through content standards, publishing workflows, and content management processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both content and data and is interested in using evidence to improve digital experiences.
