Buying and Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Buying and Production Assistant to support the Buying team in delivering an inspiring and commercially successful retail offer for our Gallery shops and online store. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational and communication skills, an eye for aesthetics, and a genuine enthusiasm for art, design, and contemporary material culture.

The Buying team sits within National Gallery Global, the commercial arm of the National Gallery. The team is focused on delivering a distinctive, best-in-class retail proposition that enhances the Gallery’s reputation, broadens audience appeal, and drives revenue growth across both onsite and e-commerce channels.
