Senior ICT Project Manager & Business Analyst

Do you thrive on delivering complex projects that create lasting organisational change?

About the Role

The Science Museum Group is embarking on an exciting programme to expand and enhance its ServiceNow platform, transforming how colleagues access services and how teams manage work across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping how we work, delivering meaningful change that will have a lasting impact on colleagues across the Group.

We are looking for a Senior ICT Project Manager and Business Analyst to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working within our ICT team, you will lead the successful delivery of high-profile ServiceNow projects and workstreams, managing projects from discovery through to implementation while ensuring they deliver measurable business value and an excellent user experience.

This role will see you working closely with both internal stakeholders and external delivery partners, helping to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, risks and dependencies, facilitate workshops and requirements gathering activities, and support agile ways of working throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll join us at an exciting point in our transformation journey, helping to deliver solutions that improve services, streamline processes, increase automation and create better experiences for colleagues across Science Museum Group.

About You

You will be an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering successful digital transformation or business systems projects. You'll be confident managing multiple stakeholders, building strong working relationships and maintaining momentum across complex programmes of work.

We're looking for someone who combines excellent project delivery skills with a practical understanding of business analysis. You'll be comfortable gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience of ServiceNow would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in hearing from candidates who have delivered transformation projects involving other enterprise systems and platforms. Most importantly, you'll be an exceptional communicator who can influence, engage and bring people with you through change.

You'll bring a collaborative and delivery-focused mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving services and user experiences. If you enjoy working in agile environments and want to leave a tangible legacy through organisation-wide transformation, we'd love to hear from you.

Not sure if you meet all the criteria? We welcome you to apply even if your experience doesn't match directly. With your transferable skills, you could be the right candidate for this, or other opportunities that we have.
