About the role
The British Library Estates & Facilities Management department has an interesting and rewarding permanent vacancy for a Building Services Manager. The role is based in St Pancras, with a provision to attend our Boston Spa site as needed, this role would provide services and support for both our sites at St Pancras, London & Boston Spa, Yorkshire.
To support the Head of Building Services in the management of the team and service providers to ensure that the Estates Maintenance Contractor operates the Estates Maintenance services in accordance with the agreed contract, adheres to the KPIs, meets the Library’s objectives, ensures that the Library remains statutorily compliant and helps to provide the highest level of customer experience. To support the Head of Building Services with contract management and, as required, and with the general provision of building services to the Library, its employees and clients.
