Projects Coordinator- Masterplan Projects

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major New Wing project at the Gallery (Project Domani). Based within the Masterplan Projects team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and delivery of this major capital project, commencing RIBA Stage 2 in August 2026.


You’ll provide proactive coordination across project activities, documentation, timelines, budgets and communications, enabling teams and stakeholders to work seamlessly together. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget and in line with organisational objectives and governance standards.
