Senior Data Analyst

We're looking for a collaborative and technically capable Senior Data Analyst to join the National Gallery's Data & Insight team. You'll develop dashboards, reports and forecasting models that help colleagues make evidence-based decisions across audience, digital and commercial activity.


Working with data from CRM, ticketing, people counters and digital platforms, you'll transform complex information into clear, actionable insight. You'll also help maintain and develop our reporting infrastructure, supporting the implementation of our new Microsoft Fabric data platform and ensuring our data remains accurate, well-governed and accessible.


We're looking for someone with strong SQL and business intelligence skills (such as Power BI), excellent analytical and communication abilities, and a passion for turning data into insight. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how one of the world's leading museums uses data to inform decision-making and better understand its audiences.
