Staff Reading Room Events Manager

As the guardians of over 1000 years of iconic national documents The National Archives’ mission is to collect, secure and provide access to our collection which currently exceeds 17 million documents and expands each year.

The Document Services Department is at the heart of this mission, storing and providing access to our ever-growing collection to a wide range of stakeholders. We are looking for a Staff Reading Room Events Manager who will be a key contributor to The National Archives’ ambition to increase in-person connections with the collection at Kew. They will prepare all documents used for public events, exhibitions, filming, education sessions, and VIP visits within The National Archives.

The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, the ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to form strong connections with a wide range of stakeholders within The National Archives.
