To help continue the experience our engaging galleries offer our diverse audiences, we are looking for permanent, full and part time Retail Sales Advisors to join us!

About the role

Regardless of whether you're assisting shoppers directly on the floor or working in the background, you'll become part of a kind, engaged team that emphasizes providing a meaningful retail experience.

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will engage with visitors to help them find and purchase products, providing warm, knowledgeable, and efficient service. You'll also ensure that our merchandise is attractively presented and that stock is replenished to maintain high visual standards.

In this role, you will help us enhance sales, maintain quality standards of presentation and housekeeping, and create a welcoming environment for all our visitors.

About you

You will bring:

* A dedication to delivering high-quality customer service and enhancing visitor experiences.
* The ability to work efficiently both with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
* A readiness to take on diverse retail responsibilities and a cooperative mindset.
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and organisation.

It would be great if you also have:

* Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment.
* An interest in science, museums, or learning experiences for visitors.
