Casual Worker Host

From before the Romans to present day ravers we tell the story of London and Londoners and there’s never been a more exciting time to join the team - so why not make this the place to discover your story of London?

Our Casual Worker Hosts provide exceptional levels of customer service and actively engage visitors with the museum’s collections and displays to inspire a passion for London.

We are looking for engaging, friendly Hosts to support the future of our museum by achieving sales targets, asking for donations, selling exhibition tickets, engaging with our retail shop and promoting other paid for services.

Previous experience of working in a museum is not required and you do not need to have any academic qualifications, we are looking for someone who has the ability to engage with and create a welcoming and inclusive space for our diverse range of visitors.
