Movement and Storage Project Manager (IWM Lab)

What you’ll do:

Plan and manage large-scale collection moves aligned with Masterplan priorities.

Coordinate stakeholders and contractors to ensure safe, efficient relocation and storage.

Maintain project documentation and contribute to programme-level reporting.

Support tender processes and optimise storage systems.

Foster collaboration across departments and coach teams to deliver best practice.

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in project management, ideally within museums or heritage.

Expertise in collections handling and storage planning.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
