Finance Business Partner
The Finance Business Partner role is a pivotal role within the Finance department, ensuring that financial statements are robust whilst working with the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to develop and improve the financial processes and understanding across the group.
This is a challenging but extremely rewarding group wide role, offering extensive opportunity for personal development within a department that is constantly looking to develop new and improved ways of working. Travel will be required to sites as and when necessary.
You will deliver timely, accurate and robust reporting of the Museum’s position and forecasts. As part of the Business Support team you will work to support the Museum budget holders and their teams with financial processes and information that underpins decision-making and achievement of operational and strategic plans.
You will be a fully qualified accountant with the ability to analyse complex data and present it to colleagues in a simple and appropriate way. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to spot trends and make connections in order to improve the work of the Finance team.
