ICT Helpdesk Apprentice
Fixed term contract 12 months.

You will be working towards the Level 3 Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship standard.
As an ICT Helpdesk Apprentice at the Museum of London you will be an integral part of the ICT team who are responsible for managing and maintaining the museum’s network infrastructure and ICT systems.
You will be responsible for providing support to the museum’s users, in what can be a complex and high-pressure environment. As part of the helpdesk team you will also be the first point of contact to all our colleagues within the museum when dealing with helpdesk requests and will have to provide a highly efficient customer service.
The requirements to apply for the apprenticeship scheme are that you are an A-level student with GCSEs Grades A-C in Maths and English, you have knowledge of using Windows 2007 or 2010 and have the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally to a variety of audiences.
