Prospect Research Executive (South)
Do you have experience of working in a fundraising or sales team? Do you have strong research skills and experience of presenting complex information?
It's an exciting time to join SMG's Development team as we expand our Prospect Research Operation. We are currently recruiting multiple Prospect Research positions across the Science Museum Group in order to build on the continued success of the Development team.
As Prospect Research Executive you will play a key role in the Development team by providing high quality prospect research intelligence that drives income from individuals, companies, trusts and foundations. Your accurate, insightful and timely research will help build strong pipelines and enhance donor engagement. As a member of the Prospect Research team you will help embed robust prospect research processes that support fundraising colleagues and improve the efficiency of our fundraising.
You will support the Development teams across all SMG Museums (the Science Museum in London, the Science and Industry Museum in Manchester, the National Railway Museum in York (including Locomotion in Shildon) and the Science and Media Museum in Bradford) with a particular focus on our museum in London.
You will have fundraising or sales experience and strong research skills, as well as outstanding attention to detail. You will have experience of collating, analysing and presenting complex information and the ability to cultivate excellent working relationships with colleagues.
