Youth Programme Assistant (3 days per week)

Our programmes combine science with communication skills and training to reach out to diverse and hard to reach young people, encouraging a life-long interest and passion for Kew and the natural world.
This experience of supporting learning programmes for young people and providing excellent administrative support, the successful candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and collaborative working skills.

As well as balancing a diverse workload, you will be able to work flexibly, managing conflicting priorities and thinking creatively to solve problems.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the empowerment of young people, engaging diverse groups in science and conservation, and connecting young people to the natural world

This role requires availability to work Saturdays and out of hours, and is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

The salary will be £21,527 per annum, pro rata for 3 days per week.
