Graham Mottram
Director, Fleet Air Arm Museum

Graham Mottram became Director of Fleet Air Arm Museum in 1995. He was Deputy Director for five years previous to this and had joined the Museum as Curator in 1983. Mr Mottram graduated in Natural Sciences from Selwyn College, Cambridge in 1970 and underwent management training with the Special Steels Division of British Steel Corporation. He held a number of technical and commercial management posts in BSC Stainless
Steel until the end of 1982.
A Member of the Cross and Cockade Society (World War I Aviation Historians) and a founder member of Society of Friends of the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Mr Mottram has published a number of articles on early naval aviation and aero engines and is the co-author of 50 Years of Yeovilton.
