Archaeology Learning Coordinator
Are you passionate about engaging the public with archaeology and looking for a chance to use your creativity and organisational skills in a museum setting? This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Learning team to help realise the learning potential of the world’s largest archaeological archive.
Working closely with our Archaeology Learning Programme Manager and drawing on our rich collections, you will organise and deliver archaeology-focused activities for schools and families across our three sites and as outreach in community venues.
We are looking for someone with experience of planning and delivering child-centred activities who is passionate about British archaeology and has excellent administrative, problem-solving and communication skills. You will also ideally have experience of liaising with teachers and working in a heritage or arts setting.
The closing date for applications is Wednesday 28 June 2017. Interviews will be held on Friday 7 July 2017.
