Project Management Support Assistant

Do you have excellent organising and administrative skills? Would you like to support key projects in one of the world's leading museums?

The Science Museum is world renowned for its historic collections,awe-inspiring galleries and inspirational exhibitions. You will provide coordination, budget and administration support to our Contemporary Science team, including the project team developing our next Feature exhibition.

This role covers all areas of project administration, including facilitation and effective use of staff, equipment, budgets and time."Coordination" and "administration" in this context ranges from routine duties in the office, at meetings and on-site (health and safety supervision) to helping with high-level planning, analysis and stakeholder management (under direction and guidance from Contemporary Science Manager).

You will have experience of working in a similar role and be able to prioritise a varied workload. You must also bring a flexible and proactive approach to your work, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people at all levels.

This role will be offered on a fixed-term contract to January 2018.

Interviews are expected to be held 10th July.
