Hours: Monday – Friday, 22.5 hours per week over 3 days
Contract: Part-time, permanent
Black Country Living Museum is seeking a proactive, confident Ticketing Administrator to join the Ticketing team.
Our Ticketing Administrators play a vital role in creating a positive visitor experience, ensuring every visitor receives a supportive and welcoming service even before they arrive, through seamless administration and exceptional customer care. Whether supporting school groups, assisting with membership queries, or providing general telephone support, they consistently deliver a friendly and inclusive service.

What will you be doing?
• Professionally and positively co-ordinating the administrative booking process for all Museum and Locksmith’s House bookings, ticket sales and enquiries.
• Processing educational and group bookings from point of enquiry to confirmation.
• Supporting customers when using the self-service hub.
• Upselling and processing Museum memberships, special events tickets, courses, workshops and experiences.
• Providing regular updates and reports on ticket sales, bookings and any other ticketing activity.
• Processing all internal requests from Managers for complimentary tickets/vouchers.
• Any other such duties with the nature of the post as required.
What are we looking for?
• Inclusive customer service skills, with particular focus on inbound telephone and email service skills.
• Proactive approach to planning and organisation.
• A keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests.
• Confident IT skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and Microsoft platforms.
